MM takes place in a different world in ways... so not really the same people... However ... what happened to the Gerudo? If I were to guess... they go tired of living in the hot desert and moved into main parts of Hyrule... Saying that the Gerudo are not evil... so why won't they be able to...

Hmm, well the one that I can think of off the top of my head are ones like battling some boss, there are areas that they literally can not hit you, so you don't have to try and dodge that at all... for example shadow Ganon and the two headed dragon in PH...
