I gave one hell of a sendoff to Smash Wii U, Splatoon 1, Mario Kart 7, and Super Mario Maker 1 online today.

I got to 10K VR in Mario Kart 7 and unlocked the gold kart. I also bid farewell to Smash 3DS online.

We're now in the final 24 hours of Wii U and 3DS online.

Im glad that the final TAS level in Super Mario Maker 1 was cleared so all levels in the game have officially been cleared by human players.

I said goodbye to online play in the Wii U version of Mario Kart 8 today.

I think you're confusing last year's eShop closure with this news. All online 3DS and Wii U games except for Pokémon Bank are shutting down, be they physical or digital.

Probably Ocarina of Time. I was definitely a little confused by it as a kid, so it would be fun to experience all of its dungeons and amazing story again as an adult who's more competent at gaming.

I haven't had much problems with random lobbies in multiplayer games. Once in a while a hacker shows up, but it never quite ruins the experience for me.

I was never crazy about turret sections, but they felt like a throwback to an earlier era of gaming, so I at least give them props for that.

At 14 years old, my favorite videogames were The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, Halo 1-3, Super Smash Bros. Melee, DBZ Buu's Fury, and Super Mario Galaxy. I still hold all those games in pretty high regard.

I've enjoyed watching Twitch streams for over a decade at this point. I enjoy League of Legends pro game streams, Mario Maker viewer level streams, Mario Kart race streams, and blind playthroughs of single player games the most.

Speaking of hackers, I've encountered quite a few in these final weeks of Mario Kart 7, people who have infinite stars or red shells.

I prefer wired. They're easier to keep track of and don't require a charge. The wires occassionally getting tangled is a minor inconvenience I can live with.

Yeah, I remember when we played in the MU Championship Finals together. I think that was back in 2019, the year Beck won. Talk about a throwback.

This beauty arrived today.

A little disappointed and anti-climactic that what people thought was the last unbeaten level in Super Mario Maker 1 was actually a TAS so the game was already fully beaten last week.

I definitely tend to stick to the dishes I like. So I'll say not very often. Maybe once every two years I'll branch out. Few feelings are worse than ordering something you haven't tried that seems appealing only to find out it doesn't suit your taste buds.
