Quotations don't fix it afaik, pretty sure you can't have punctuation immediately outside of a quotation.
Jamie said, "Hey, little buddy." For example, that sentence isn't followed up with another period.
We should have a featured post, blog, status, comment, VM, PM, like, quote, user, staff member, and ms paint drawing of the week.

Remove the post approval thing. It was a huge problem in mafia and now I have multiple friends who can't post here because there are no mods online. It seems like it's just going to discourage new users from ever coming back.
I get its bot protection but it seems like a big price to pay on a...
I don't want to be super nit picky but slander refers specifically to false statements. So are we banning only false statements or all harsh insults? If the latter, one I think the rule should be reworded, and two, at what point does it turn from gossip into something more harsh?
I believe this is wrong-headed and verifiably false just by looking at ZD alone. More rules, ZD was filled with drama. Less rules and it's a nice place. There are less people like me ****ing around and complaining about rules and there are less people whining to the staff because someone posted...
Wait, no warnings? So if someone says "Jamie is such an asshole" in the shoutbox they get auto infracted? Can we take our own names out of the "you can't gossip about this person" sweepstakes? Granted my name is probably out by default lel but I don't people to be infracted without warning for...
I'd like you to cite all of these salty/sarcastic remarks, because I am almost always civil when approaching you. Perhaps sometimes I am a bit angry about something the staff have done, which is often a misinterpretation of sorts, but sarcasm isn't something I employ very often when talking...
Whoops, looks like Zachie didn't get the memo on time to tell everyone the "real" reason. Step your staff coaching up, senpai, it's pretty clear that without Athenian's request it never would have happened, but at least make sure all the staff say the same thing next time to at least keep the...
0 point warning is for people who committed an actual offense and the staff believe it requires actual action to prevent it from happening again. Inappropriate Necromancy only requires a response to the thread in question. I'm not being over the top, I think it's dumb to give an official warning...
So you rejuvenate interest by responding.
You say it's not a big deal, but it is. It's a fact that things like whether or not someone should be staff are determined by stuff like that, and also if you already have a warning or a history of warnings you are more likely to get actual points for a...
I don't understand, since when has bumping an old thread ever been grounds for a warning? I don't think necroposting has been a thing on the internet in general for like 5 years, at least not here since the Priest quit.
Do you guys realize that some users lost as many as 2,000 posts now? I hope you understand that no one ever takes the non post count forums seriously. I guess all of the posts about my sickly mother or my depression in TOYM aren't worth an addition to my post count? I guess a picture thread...
Just because you want to equalize everyone's opinions doesn't mean that's a full reality. Firstly it's nearly impossible to get the opinion of every single person who uses the site, but secondly and more importantly, you are one of the few that can actually swing the hammer and make a decision...
I don't even believe the whole "staff opinions are worth the same" bs, that's just a downright lie. That's not the case for anything in the world, be it a forum, a company, or a country. People with more authority have more weight to their opinions. That's the point of having authority.
I agree...
I literally never said thebestemotes would be around forever. What are you talking about? I thought they'd be removed immediately after I stepped down. If I ever said they'd be around forever, it was purely in jest.
Blogs are permanent, one single emote being 398 is a ridiculous price. I know you're just """""""trolling"""""" me xDDDDD but no, your idea will never go through. Sorry to say that you don't always get whatever you want.
Because 398 rupees for a single emote is a lot more than the cost of a month of lorule lounge. regardless, jimmy already said no, so no point of continuing to discuss this.
398 rupees? So new users couldn't use them at all. Yeah, let's make emotes an exclusive club for people who post a lot! Posting more often to get likes to allow yourself to post emotes, that'll definitely decrease spam. Oh, accidentally typed :), there goes 398 rupees.
I do find there are multiple formatting problems. If I turn the color back to none on the same line it changes all of that line back to none, which is quite frustrating.
We are being taxed now?
****ing government taking my hard earned rupees.
Let's start a revolution, comrades! No taxes, take ownership of the means of production ourselves!
On that note, a direct import wouldn't be necessary. There's software we used to move the vB stuff over to xenforo, and that same software can probably be used to import the blogs. However, I'm not entirely sure about this.
In the past I requested to be purely tech staff as I want nothing to do...
I can't recall if the blogs are saved anywhere, but I'd imagine if so, Kitsu would have them on record since he dumped the entire database. Most people don't have contact with Kitsu anymore, so someone other than myself would have to ask, but I wouldn't be surprised if he had them all.
'eyyyy!! tristy-kid, 'ows it going? got the chirps going! saw you 'ad them wheels on right hard, 'eard that girl was a bit o' a puck bunny myself but i 'ope it all goes well. come by the house some time, eh? 'avent seen you in ages!
