I hate to long introduction in the beginning. Skyward Sword took forever to start the game and finally do something else then talking. Ocarina of Time and A Link to the Past just went into instant battle. Probably why they are my two favorite Zelda games aswell :)
I like to write my name sometimes, but I also enjoy just having Link. If im gonna have to decide which is the best, then Link is probably the best choice.
It's really hard to decide because the original N64 one I grew up with, and that was the first one I cleared 100%. But then again, the 3DS version had better graphics and better controls. Im gonna have to give the edge to 3DS if I were to judge by how good the game is, but the best memories I...
You should buy it if you like boss battles, I found the overworld in TP to be really dull and booring, but the dungeons with the EPICEPIC boss battles made up for it in a sense. Twilight Princess has the best boss battles for sure!
It shouldnt, when I first completed the game I overwrited it without knowing. I actually played through the game one more time just so I could have a profile that I could log into later.
I think the shields were ok. If I were to give any criticism, they should make it more interesting when you upgrade them, not just "becomes stronger" or whatever it was.
Twilight Princess was the better game for me. The most important factor in my decision of it is the graphics, im not a huge fan of cartoony graphics at all. TP all the way here man.
I actually made it at my 3rd try. After I made it once I just used the island as a place to get easy money, since I found out how easy it was to get full score of you know how to time it out.
I really liked Blizzetas theme in Snowpeak Ruins. The Stallord one is also really cool. It's almost impossible to pick because there are so many good themes in The Legend of Zelda.
I bought a 3DS only for Ocarina of Time 3D, and that was when it was just released(about 450$). Buying a wii for the newest and almost longest Zeldagame is for sure worth it if you are a Zelda-fan. If you just play alot of games casually, then probably not, since the new Console from Nintendo is...
When I first saw the headline of this thread, I expected to hear positive stuff about the theme. I was really surprised when I saw that people hate it.
Personaly I thought it was really cool. The music in Skyward sword was not as cool as in Ocarina of Time, but The Lanayru Mining Facility theme...
Mirror Shield from Ocarina of Time was pretty awesome. I liked the Mirror shield in A Link to the Past aswell, just because it was so huge compared to Link:)
I guess the conclusion is that the Mirror Shield is the most awesome, but the Hyrule Shield is always awesome aswell. It looked great...
I would say A Link to the Past for sure. The first time I played it the areas was completly different and it had tons of strange and odd puzzles. The Exploration in the game is just so well done.
I would love to see a zelda game that is really long and hard. One of the fun parts of Zelda is to get stuck and try to figure out how to get further. I dont like that the new Zelda games are deverting away from that.
Skyward sword was way to easy for me, took all the fun out of it. Except...
I think Link from Twilight Princess was really cool. He jumped around, spinning his sword doing awesome moves. He also looked very cool with the long hat and lantern in his belt.
