This is just what I think but, I think that Link went back to Hyrule and stopped his quest looking for Navi (or Saria. we don't know). He probaly went on to live his 7 years that he missed during his time in the Sacred Realm and then maybe Ganondorf escapes from the Realm. I have no clue too. We...- jamezrockz98
