I did one run thru where I managed to get everything and all the Shrines and it all went extremely smooth but this time I seem to be just running in circles and not really getting anywhere!
The time it all went well is when I awoke I got the bird flying overhead!
Thanks have got both those, got 119 Shrines now just missing the last one, spent ages going all over then gave up and went on to blast Ganon.
Wizz-bang finished!
Wish BotW 2 would hurry up!
Finally got the Blight in the Illusory fight in Naboris!
Failed 3 times. So went off and did some searching out of elusive shrines, found some more Korok seeds, killed some more Moldugas then went back and gave that Blight hell!
I still need quite a few more Shrines, I need 3 more hearts! If...
Currently trying to fight the blight in Naboris-the illusory one, tried 3 times now and he beats me each time.
Wish I could wear the Thunder mask or the rubber suit, it’s the last phase with the fast hits combined with lightning!
I hate Naboris, I always find that beast hard!
I think the only Fish you will find before activating the tower are in the pool below where you first meet the old man after the tower there are more about!
I have found that when I start a new game the first enemies tend to be a lot stronger than before, I die easier and as I said this time the Master Sword played hard to get!
Its almost like the game learns from before!
Last night got the perfect horse, for me, had got the Giant horse and the white stallion but went back to the Giant horse area and found one with all high stats, had to lose one horse to keep it tho!
I don’t like it that you have to ride out thru 2 Lynels but I put M’s mask on and just gallop as...
Use the map of Ruta to activate the water flow that rotates the wheel.
Stasis ball after it has hit the centre Terminal room will be open.
Its quite a juggle!
Polygon.com gives good clear instruction, I use it when I get really stuck!
That Shrine is awkward it has taken me about 5 goes to get the ‘stabbing’ of the platform right!
I tried Trial of the Sword a few times and failed everytime, then I got 3 rings of Stamina and a full ring of Yellow Stamina and max hearts, felled every tree I could for the Acorns and got some tips from Polygon (yeh I know cheating) I nearly didn’t make it but I did enjoy it so I’m working...
And-
As I have said before each time I play it there are subtle changes and it definitely gets slightly harder. The first time I played it yes it was hard as I had never played anything like it before, but, there were no brown nor white Bobolkins, now I seem to get them more or less straight...
The Zora have a very long life, Prince Zidon was a small boy when Link was made a Champion originally so yes Sasan & Finley are probably a similar age!
Just a bit weird all the same!
This time, the game has thrown storm after storm at me and the Bobolkins seem stronger than last time even met some white ones which I didn’t expect to see so soon!
I do that, so far I think I’ve played it about 5 or 6 times, was really useful through the Lockdowns!
I did find that there were a few subtle differences here and there, this time, so far, I’ve found a stalking guardian where there wasn’t one before and a couple of characters have said different...
I don’t like seeing a horse killed as an enemy or food it either disappears or turns into a joint or steak but a horse is still a horse, just lying there dead,
I know I’m soft but I spent most of my life working with horses and it was a huge shock when I saw my first horse killed in BotW!
Woo-how! Finally beat the EX champions Trial of the Sword!
Very pleased with myself as I find some of the fights very intimidating, for a 69 year old female that’s not a gamer!
If I find a Shrine that’s a Major fight I tend to leave it until I have more strength otherwise they’re just demoralising. I then mark them on my map to remind me to go back later.
I did try the master mode once but find it a bit too hard for me, I’m not very good at strategic fighting!
