I did one run thru where I managed to get everything and all the Shrines and it all went extremely smooth but this time I seem to be just running in circles and not really getting anywhere! The time it all went well is when I awoke I got the bird flying overhead!

Yes the best horses do have solid coats and their manes are usually a bit more shaggy/longer than the others! They take longer to tame tho!

Currently trying to fight the blight in Naboris-the illusory one, tried 3 times now and he beats me each time. Wish I could wear the Thunder mask or the rubber suit, it’s the last phase with the fast hits combined with lightning! I hate Naboris, I always find that beast hard!

I’ve done 3 Divine beasts, just got to finish off the Gerudo one, the only one I have trouble with and I hate it!

Strange, they turn into meat! Dont kill a horse they just drop and lie there, quite upsetting!

I have found that when I start a new game the first enemies tend to be a lot stronger than before, I die easier and as I said this time the Master Sword played hard to get! Its almost like the game learns from before!

Just started again. All enemies are stronger and the Master Sword took more than 11 hearts to pull this time! Weird as I’m doing the normal run!

Yippee!!! I’ve just beaten the Ta’loh Naeg Shrine it teaches you the fighting moves you need, tried before and failed but this time I cracked it!!!!

Only problem with that is I pick up a lot of the yellow electric arrows needed for Ruta on the way thru! But I’m going to try that next.

Use the map of Ruta to activate the water flow that rotates the wheel. Stasis ball after it has hit the centre Terminal room will be open. Its quite a juggle!

Ridden a female Deer and a Bear now, going to try for some other animals whilst I’m wandering around!

Polygon.com gives good clear instruction, I use it when I get really stuck! That Shrine is awkward it has taken me about 5 goes to get the ‘stabbing’ of the platform right!

I tried Trial of the Sword a few times and failed everytime, then I got 3 rings of Stamina and a full ring of Yellow Stamina and max hearts, felled every tree I could for the Acorns and got some tips from Polygon (yeh I know cheating) I nearly didn’t make it but I did enjoy it so I’m working...

The Zora have a very long life, Prince Zidon was a small boy when Link was made a Champion originally so yes Sasan & Finley are probably a similar age! Just a bit weird all the same!

I don’t like seeing a horse killed as an enemy or food it either disappears or turns into a joint or steak but a horse is still a horse, just lying there dead, I know I’m soft but I spent most of my life working with horses and it was a huge shock when I saw my first horse killed in BotW!

Woo-how! Finally beat the EX champions Trial of the Sword! Very pleased with myself as I find some of the fights very intimidating, for a 69 year old female that’s not a gamer!

I don’t understand the glitches!

If I find a Shrine that’s a Major fight I tend to leave it until I have more strength otherwise they’re just demoralising. I then mark them on my map to remind me to go back later. I did try the master mode once but find it a bit too hard for me, I’m not very good at strategic fighting!

If you do the Master mode do you get a better finish? Just starting game again!
