I finally found a flavor of energy drink that doesn’t make me want to cut my tongue off and cast it to the pits of hell. It wasn’t, like, amazing or anything but it was still good enough that I was able to finish it. Don’t want to make it a habit though.

I started my new job at my local used game store today. I’m really enjoying it, far more than my last job at least. Just being able to be surrounded by the thing I love so much alone is an upgrade.

I was in a somewhat bad mood today. Not awful, but not great. I went to Publix and a lady there was incredibly nice to me. She was so nice I’m actually in a pretty good mood now.

I found a Unisonic Tournament 2000 at goodwill today (It’s a pong console from 1977 for those unaware). Usually these things can go for about $30-$100 depending on how complete they are, but I got it for just $10, which is really good considering it was still in the box.

It was 98 F outside (36.6 C for those who dislike freedom units). Ordinarily this would be a bad thing, and it was, until I went to sonic and got a cherry slushy. That felt so good I kinda want to go back and get another.

Today was a good day. Walmart had switches in stock so I was able to get one as a going away gift for a friend looking for one before he left for West Point. While I was there I found a copy of heart gold at GameStop for cheap.
