I was/am too old to be concerned about the "childish" look of the game damaging my edgy rep. and besides, it's a great animated look.

It all depends on how it's implemented of course... BUT! I'd really like to see a Robin Hood-type situation in a Zelda game.

Nope. Boats/rafts have been there from the beginning. And they fit the setting. For me, it's the lack of dungeons with bosses and the lack emphasis on the Triforce. And the motorcycle.

I've done everything (except for 300 more koroks) and I'm starting the DLC stuff now.

^ Totally disagree. I think Link works great as an avatar. It's one of the things I like best about the franchise. If Link starts talkin', I'll start walkin'. It seems like some people want to strip the games of the things that make them unique. It's weird to me.

It probably is, but it still has a mix of characters. I'd be disappointed if all the characters were dead serious or totally silly. An equal mix would be my preference.

TP had freakin' pot-bellied clowns. And Agitha. Not terribly serious. I'd say the LoZ games have a mix of characters, and I hope the next one will too.

No. I like the dialog options in SS & BOTW, but he shouldn't speak. And, based on the voice acting in BOTW, neither should anybody else.

MM has a dark story and an atmosphere of doom. TP just looks dark n' edgy. Very different. Almost all Zelda games are about evil invading the world. I don't think TP's story is any more dark than the average.

Had to flip a coin between Vaati and Scaldera. Scaldera won.

Minish Village and the ability to shrink down. Skyloft and the ability to fly high up into the sky. Dragons Roost Island and the ability to sail far out into the Great Sea to find it.

Ganon's demise in the original LoZ is pretty good. He Splatters into a pile of gore with the Triforce plopped on top.

I don't think it matters, but I do think it would have been more interesting story wise and visually. Seeing Thunderblight take advantage of the surrounding water, Windblight turning fires into infernos, ect. could look fantastic and make for some great battles.

I can't watched the video now, but I really wish there was another big island where most of the people live. And another full of pirates for the skyloft knights to defend against.

I'm leaning towards BotW, but I think I'll have to let the dust settle a bit more before I could say.

SS:HD seems to be the best bet, and it's the one I'm hoping for. I'm very interested in what they're cookin' up with a new 2D title. Can't wait to hear more about that!

Adventure of Link is my favorite soundtrack in the series, so I give my vote to the Palace Theme. Easily. No contest. (ok, some contest. aLttP has a fantastic score)

Ugh. If I'm required to play the game while holding a toy sword n' shield (cardboard or otherwise), I'm out. How embarrassing.

There were no complaints from me, my friends or people I knew regarding the different game style. Everyone I knew loved it. I still do.

I'd have liked more content in all areas of the game. By the way, these polls are the best part of this forum! Keep it up!

I think (and hope) that the next game will confirm that Nintendo dosen't care about the silly timeline at all.

I loved the horses. The variety, the training, the bridles, the customization, their look, their animations. They seemed alive in the world. But I quit using them about halfway through the game. When my horse showed up at the final battle, I didn't even recognize it as one I'd ever caught.

If the acting isn't be better than it was in BotW, I'd rather have none at all. I actually liked how BotW did it, but the performances were mostly terrible (Zelda!) with Ravali being the only exception (if only they had scripted a better character. So close!).

I haven't looked at the file yet, but this is a great idea and a good bit of work on your part! Cheers!
