That is true, they are both similar to jellyfish, but there are a few things that set metroids apart; claw-like mandibles, and three nuclei. The bari have these two unique features too!

I just noticed this as I was playing Ocarina of Time 3d (awesome, by the way) and I noticed that the Bari strikingly resemble metroids. Now i'm not sure if this is just OoT 3d, but I wanted to see if anyone else noticed. Ya think it's a reference? I have a bad photo... here it is.

I first played at 6, and i would always play up to the water temple, take one look at the water level stuff, and turn it off. It took me till 12 to actually make it past. Also dark link was annoying.

I have to say that i think Navi is more annoying. Though Tatl was a total brat, her noise was much less annoying than "HEY!! LOOK!! WATCH OUT!!" I think that bells fit a fairy better than an annoying voice. The bells let you know that stuff was happening without screaming at you.
