Grape jelly and sliced banana's are what I usually put on my toast (not at the same time of course) to keep it from being too unhealthy. Peanut butter on rare occasions when I'm not being as health conscious.

I very very rarely eat a ''heavy'' breakfast. It usually consists of a bowl of cereal and/or some toast. I feel like I'm going to be sick if I eat too much shortly after waking up.
