legends of localization picutre

Recently Clyde “Tomato” Mandelin released his first Legends of Localization book. This volume treks through the original Legend of Zelda game for the Famicon, comparing how the game was originally made for the Japanese market and how it was localized for the North American market. I was privileged to receive a copy of this 200 page work, and I wanted to share some of this masterpiece with you. Hit the jump to take a look and find out how you can get this legacy for yourself.

Such a beautiful cover. It has beautiful detail in the lettering, and even has an indentation for the Katakana description

As someone who has studied Japanese before, a Katakana chart is very welcomed! This is a great resource to have for anyone who reads/watches materials from Japan.
