Featured Zelda Song: Song of Healing

This week’s featured Zelda song is from Majora’s Mask. By the title I’ll bet you can guess which song it is. This version of the Song of Healing is done on the piano by YouTube user Nunquam. He performs other video game songs on piano but most of them are from the Zelda series. He is a very talented piano player so without further ado, here it is:

This cover on the piano is very good. Maybe one of the reasons I like it so much is that this is one of my favorite scenes from Majora’s Mask. I love how when you learn this song you can finally be regular child Link and explore more freely. Also, in this scene the Happy Mask Salesman plays the piano to teach you the song; so that’s another funny connection I draw. And lastly, this song comes up many times in the game and is the key to getting many of the masks.
