Fans create Mario and Zelda videos for Nintendo’s Wii U challenge

Nintendo reached out to some of YouTube’s content creators in a “Wii U challenge” which aimed to create videos inspired by The Wind Waker HD and Super Mario 3D World. We’ve already seen some of the videos that’ve been made in this project, however there are plenty of new ones to discover in a new 30 video playlist that Nintendo’s created.

There’s quite a large number of videos in Nintendo’s playlist, but a lot of them are fantastic. My personal favorite is this one simply titled “The Legend of Zelda”.

And though this one’s already been featured on Zelda Dungeon, I feel it deserves a bit more attention in case you missed it the first time around.

I especially love the first video because it’s really unexpected. Starting with the relatively uninformative title, the video rapidly evolves into a back-and-forth about pronunciation that just gets more ridiculous as it goes along. And the quality of the second video is just superb.
