The official Nintendo Switch remake of Link’s Awakening can’t come soon enough for many of us. And that anticipation is what drove Zelda fansite ZeldaForce to develop their own remake of the game, using the art style of its SNES predecessor, A Link To The Past. The project, planned to release in 2020, is called “A Link To The Dream” and will be available on AmigaOS, Windows, and MacOS. Until we get the full product in 2020, the folks at ZeldaForce have published some videos, screenshots, and character art showcasing the progress.

The media shared by the site is mostly in French, but there is some footage shared in English. Either way, the team has showcased hours on hours of Zelda goodness. You can find the site and all the footage right here, so be sure to check it out!

The official remake of Link’s Awakening for Nintendo Switch will release later this year.
