Caption Contest 021: “Oh Goooood! The Beamos Got An Upgrade!”

So, did I scare you all by not posting a Caption Contest last week? Did you think it was all over? I may have a had a rough week, but you can’t get rid of me that easily! “Okay, Jei, settle down.” Sorry. I’m just pumped on energy for E3 this week!

Last time, I asked you all to caption an awkward interaction between Toon Link and Zelda. I was surprised to see so few entries, but we still had some good stuff come in from the community. As always, our winners are down below. But, can you believe it’s been one year since the reveal of Zelda U at E3 2014? One whole year and very little information. Who knows, maybe that will all change tomorrow at the Nintendo event. Until then, feel free to join in on this week’s E3 celebratory image. Good luck and see you all very soon!

Here are the updated guidlines:

• Please refrain from using offensive material (racial, sexual, overuse of offensive language, etc.) We want to make the contest fun and accessible for fans of all ages. PG-13 is my limit.
• Keep the image as close as possible to it’s original form (minimal photo editing). This is the Caption Contest, our Photoshop Contest is held on Fridays.
• If you don’t have the ability to edit the image, just leave it as a comment. We make sure to have a separate list of winners for this category.
• Everyone is entitled to their own opinion at Zelda Informer. In fact, we encourage discussion based on those opinions. However, please do not insult other fans’ work. What may be funny to one person may not hold true for another…and that’s OK.
• Have fun and be creative!

If you accidentally post as a guest, simply log in and reply to your comment with your username. If you post your caption as an image and it doesn’t load, wait 5-10 minutes and check back, it usually just takes a few minutes to load properly. Don’t forget to check back throughout the week and upvote your favorites and maybe you will be one of next week’s winners!
