The “Shop Theme” is one of the more dynamic recurring songs in the Zelda series. It appeared in each 3D game prior to Skyward Sword. While the tune’s core melody would remain the same, the “Shop Theme” changed vastly in its pacing and instrumentation depending upon the setting. From the posh, grandiose emporium in Twilight Princess, to Beedle’s humble shop ship, there was always something unique to find whenever this song played. If you want a quick bite of nostalgia, Allison Martin Trombone has released her own trombone cover of the “Shop Theme.”

As Allison puts a bouncy spin on the shop’s melody, she is hounded by a shopkeeper. The salesman, played by fellow YouTube musician and guitarist Ro Panuganti, wants her to make a series of poor purchases. This culminates in a humorous exchange with Princess Zelda regarding a stolen credit card.

What did you think of this cover? If you had an infinite Hylian credit card, what would you purchase? Let us know in the comments below.
