Drift Away to this Ultimate Zelda Synthwave Playlist

If there is something I have noticed over the years, it’s the popularity of synthwave music. Perhaps it’s the feeling of nostalgia of 80’s music or the aesthetically pleasing style of deep purples, glitches, and font choices. Either way, this ultimate “Zeldawave“ playlist provides you with everything, from synthwave remixes of our favorite Zelda tunes to the starting screen graphic that makes me want to press start already!
Creator Wubba Lubba Lo Fi has gathered a great mix of synthwave jams from several amazing artists that create an imaginative soundtrack to a nonexistent game that I wish I can play. Whenever I listen to this playlist, especially the “Intro + Opening” by Switched On SNES or “Song of Healing” by Celestial Fury, I imagine Link riding on a motorcycle, holding onto the Master Sword, and racing down towards Ganon City. Each artist who remixed these songs has captured the elements of synthwave and The Legend of Zelda beautifully that it leaves my mind wondering: what will a futuristic cyberpunk Zelda game look like?
