DGE Forums Community Competition Winners

Well another week has gone by and we have a whole new round of the Official Dungeon Gaming Enterprises Community Competitions winners to announce. This week we take a look at the current winning Random Drawing Contest entry however the Music Competition will be announced this time next week.

First up is the Graphics Competition hosted by Vanessa28. This week’s theme was Monsters with Destiny winning once again with a dragon from Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Next up is the Writing Competition hosted by GaroXicon. The theme this time was Courage with Hero of Time winning with his poem inspired by Dark Knight Rises.

“Rise”

Another day trapped in my skin
Acquainting myself with the price of sin
But few care for my plight
So I surrender to the light
A beacon of lost hope
Too many scars with which I must cope
Deep down inside, faith remains
That I will vanquish the disdain

Someday I will return
Into the land where fire burns
The city of evil awaits my shadow
In the darkness I will hallow

Today I walk, tomorrow I run
Today I fall, tomorrow I succumb
With every passing day
I anticipate returning to the fray
How can I continue to hide
When in the restoration of peace I confide?
Today I attempt to escape
But perhaps it’s not yet my fate

Someday I will rise
Into the land where fire is disguised
By a light that still shines
From the glory of a past time

It’s no longer in my control
But with courage I withhold
All the doubt and the shame
To relinquish the pain

And feel it burn into my eyes

Then we have the latest Random Drawing Competition hosted by Random Person. The theme for this was the Zelda series with a sub theme of Zelda Meets 21st century. Mandym287 won this week with her pic of Link receiving far too many messages from Navi.

Since the current Music Competition hosted by Darknut_Hunter is still ongoing there is no winner to announce this week. But be sure to vote on the entries in the current thread and we will have a winning post next week.

You can check out these and all the other great entries that were submitted for every contest on our forums. And if you wish to submit something for a chance to be seen here all you have to do is register on the forums and send them in. Just submit your work for each competition to the competition hosts before the deadline and you will have a cance to be featured. All pieces are voted on by members of the forum in a public poll so be sure to vote while you are there. And we will be back next week with the next round of winners.
