The Legend of Zelda boasts some of the most iconic and infectious gaming tunes, from the melancholy of Lon Lon Ranch to the grandeur of Twilight Princess’ Hyrule Field theme.

Since the inclusion of the My Music feature in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the seminal fighting game series has tried to feature as many of these memorable melodies as possible. In some cases, the maestros at Nintendo have even put together new arrangements of familiar tracks. Smash. Brawl’s Ocarina of Time medley and the Wii U entry’s updated rendition of Gerudo Valley immediately spring to mind.

That said, given Zelda’s rich musical history, there’s plenty more material for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate to draw from. Personally, I’d love to see a unique arrangement of Zant’s battle theme. Its chaotic nature would lend itself perfectly to Smash, especially considering how crazy some of those eight-player matches can get. Just about any of Ganon’s final battle themes would be worthy picks, too.

Which Zelda tracks do you hope to be listening to while fighting against your friends come December? Let us know in the comments below!
