Imagine this: you have to pick one title from the Zelda series–only one–that you can play for the rest of your life.  All the rest disappear, or perhaps they’re off limits, but either way, you can never touch them again.  Now, on one hand you have quite the list of titles to choose from.  Thirty years worth, in fact.  What do you do?  Do you choose the one that got you started?  The one you keep coming back to?  Perhaps your immediate gut reaction is to go with your favorite, but you fear you might get sick of it.  Do you pick your favorite dungeons or your favorite story?

I have been tossing this question around in my head for a while now.  When I first thought, my gut said Ocarina of Time.  Yet, the more and more I thought, the more I turned to Breath of the Wild.  I know, I know, you might be saying, “Well, that’s a change.”  Here’s my reasoning: Ocarina of Time is my favorite, but there was simply more to do and so much left in Breath of the Wild.  Despite the ridiculous number of hours I spent in the game, I know I am nowhere close to being done.  So, the more I toss it around, the more I become convinced that Breath of the Wild would be my choice.

What about you?  You have one choice, one game to pick for the rest of your life.  Which do you pick?  Let us know in the comments below!
