Daily Debate: Which Side Characters From Zelda Would You Want To See As Amiibos?

When amiibos were first brought onto the scene, it became pretty clear that Nintendo didn’t expect them to be so successful with fans. With stores constantly running out of stock for fan’s favorite characters, Nintendo has gotten better about gauging expectations and they’ve even seemed to embrace creating many more with various features that they can unlock across several different games. What started out as a series of characters exclusively from Super Smash Bros Wii U quickly expanded to creating other amiibos that included characters from Zelda, Mario, Splatoon, Fire Emblem, and many other popular series.
The selection of Zelda characters, in particular, has expanded quite a bit in recent years, with Link’s and Zelda’s various iterations included as well as the Champions from Breath of the Wild. With this in mind, it got me thinking about more characters that I would like to see as amiibos. Midna has already been featured with Wolf Link in the special release of Twilight Princess HD, and while it would be cool to see an amiibo featuring her true form, I think the characters that I want to see the most as amiibos are Medli and Saria. Both of these characters are among my favorite of the side characters from the Zelda games, and I would love to have little figurines of them to add to my collection as well. What do you think?
