I almost feel bad about writing this Daily Debate, as the last thing I want to do is suggest that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is lacking in content. Every aspect of this game, from the colossal stage selection screen to what is easily the greatest roster in any fighting game, is in a league of its own. The music selection specifically is so robust that it would be cheating to call it the greatest soundtrack in video game history.

I should preface, too, that I have no misgivings about the Zelda tunes that were chosen for the game. I mean, for crying out loud, the game boasts an orchestral remix of “Midna’s Lament” — game Director, Masahiro Sakurai, has got my back! Even setting that aside, the library of of Zelda tracks on display is nothing short of a treasure trove. Having said all that, I can think of a few missing tracks that would suit the frenetic intensity of Smash. Now, if  I had to pick only one, then I’d definitely throw the music from Twilight Princess’s final battle into the mix. If that track doesn’t scream grudge match, then I don’t know what does!

What about you? Which missing Zelda song would you toss into Ultimate’s massive pool? Let us know in the comments below!
