Daily Debate: Which Great Fairy From Breath of the Wild Is Your Favorite?

Breath of the Wild brought back a Zelda staple – the Great Fairies. We’ve seen many iterations of Great Fairies throughout the series, but I think that Breath of the Wild boasts some of the best we’ve seen so far. Breath of the Wild is home to four beautiful fairies — Cotera, Mija, Kaysa, and Tera. And if you want to count the Horse God Malanya, who is a Fairy, there are five. Today I just want to talk about the four fairy sisters that you’ll find exploring the great, open world that is Breath of the Wild. The four Great Fairy locations are unique and so are their looks and personalities; so which Great Fairy is your favorite?
My favorite Great Fairy is Tera. Finding Tera can be a bit of a challenge since she’s settled way out in Gerudo Desert under the Leviathan skeleton, but finding her (and the others) are worth it, since every Great Fairy you find helps you further upgrade your armor sets. I think her personality is a bit quirkier than her sisters and I think she is the prettiest of the four. Her style and overall essence fit that of a Fairy who has made her home in the desert. When I upgrade my armor, I’m usually visiting her. It also helps that Tera has a Shrine right in front of her Fairy Fountain, so it makes her very easy to visit.
