Daily Debate: Where In the Timeline Would You Like to See the Next Zelda Game?

It’s time to think to the future in today’s Daily Debate! Breath of the Wild 2 is the next mainline Zelda game, but after our return to era of The Wild where would you like to see the Zelda story placed in the timeline next?
The Zelda timeline has always been a heavily debated topic among fans, but there is so much place to play as far as adding new games are concerned. Personally I would love to see a game in the era between Skyward Sword and The Minish Cap. We don’t know a whole lot between these two points other than what is told to us on the official Zelda website. Another option would be a game before the wildly popular, Ocarina of Time. I would love to see the Hyrulian Civil war told in more detail, and maybe a Zelda adventure that happened outside of the main confines of the traditional pattern that the games follow. The release of games have never been linear along the timeline, so releasing new stories that are “older” would be really cool to see. I’ve always wished for some more context between the games and it would be awesome to see Nintendo explore more of the Zelda timeline that has already been established.
