Daily Debate: What is Your Favorite Sub-Boss to Stumble Upon in Breath of the Wild?

I love that you could be anywhere in Breath of the Wild, round a corner, and then think “Crud, there’s a silver Lynel with a Crusher over there! Run away, run away, run away!” Or you could be running across all of Hyrule, hear some snoring, and find a sleeping Hinox not too far away. Needless to say, there is a plentiful amount of sub-bosses to stumble upon throughout Breath of the Wild. So the question is, which one is your favorite?
I personally like fighting Taluses. Sometimes you aren’t quite paying attention and BOOM! A giant stone monster pops out of the ground. Other times you know exactly what you’re looking for and their camouflage is actually quite obvious. Either way, I love whaling on these guys with some extra hammers I found during my adventures, and reaping their gems for some well-deserved rupees.
