As we learned from the game’s announcement trailer, our next update regarding Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is just around the corner — tomorrow, in fact! Admittedly, it’s anyone’s guess as to how substantial this news will end up being. However, considering that Nintendo made a point to mention the update so far in advance, I’ve got to believe we’ll learn quite a bit.

Today’s question is simply this: what do you hope to see tomorrow? Personally, I’m eager to learn more about this game’s structure. Throughout the past few years, developer Koei Tecmo has shown what feels like an even greater interest in imbuing their games with the respective source material’s identity. Fire Emblem Warriors, for instance, boasts a robust support conversation system among its characters, while Persona 5 Scramble features at least some form of traditional exploration.

Of course, I don’t want Nintendo to give away too much, but I hope tomorrow’s presentation gives us a better sense of how much Age of Calamity intends to borrow from Breath of the Wild mechanically. Will weapon durability return? Will the campaign be strictly mission-based, or will it feature some light, open-world exploration in between each battle? In any case, I can’t wait to know more!

Again, though, what about you? What do you hope to see from tomorrow’s update? Let us know in the comments below!
