Daily Debate: What Did You Think of Today’s Nintendo Direct?

Over last few years, Nintendo has hosted a Nintendo Direct each February to announce and go over the games that will be releasing in the first half of the year. 2023 is no different, and today’s Direct was packed full of content and games to come. So, what did you think of today’s Nintendo Direct?
After a long wait and slow news cycle, we finally got some more content for Tears of the Kingdom! Honestly, this was the highlight of the Direct for me, followed by the release of Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games for Nintendo Switch Online! Fans will soon have access to some of the older Zelda games like Link’s Awakening DX, Oracle of Seasons, Oracle of Ages, and The Minish Cap! Additionally, a brand new amiibo will be released on launch day for Tears of the Kingdom.
Today’s Nintendo Direct also featured expansion passes and additional content for newer games like Fire Emblem: Engage, Splatoon 3, and Mario Kart 8! There’s a lot of new and exciting content coming in 2023! If you missed today’s Nintendo Direct you can watch that here.
