Could Grand Theft Auto 5 Be Coming To Wii U?

Obviously, when things like this appear, it is often best to treat them as merely speculation. However, when something of this calibre appears it is worth being speculated on. I know I don’t need to tell many of the readers of this site how much of a big deal the Grand Theft Auto titles are (GTA IV has sold over 22 million copies), but the appearance of a listing of the next installment on Norwegian website CDON.com as a Wii U release is sure to set forums everywhere ablaze, even if quite a lot of the internet might not be able to read the website (it’s in Swedish).

There’s no doubt that this would be a great triumph for Nintendo if it was to happen, and what’s more would be warmly welcomed by adopters of Wii U. Also, as an added bonus, would silence the Wii U naysayers and those who claim that Nintendo doesn’t do ‘hardcore’ games. What do you think? Would you like this to be confirmed for a Wii U release?
