Chill Out With This Remix of the Legend of Zelda Main Theme

While many arrangers take a classical approach to the music of The Legend of Zelda, incorporating sweeping string instruments and epic horn sounds, it is refreshing to see arrangers experiment with the music of the Zelda series.
This remix of the Zelda main theme as heard in Breath of the Wild by Mewmore utilizes the piano, the key instrument in the game’s soundtrack, but also incorporates its own distinct sounds. The percussion track that is laid down reminds me of a hip hop beat, and the piano itself reminds me of the piano style utilized in jazz or lounge music. All of these musical choices combine to create a distinct sound that is very relaxing and laid back.
