Chill Out To This Jazzy “Zelda’s Lullaby” Arrangement
Posted on May 23 2019 by Sean Gadus
“Zelda’s Lullaby” is one of the most beautiful songs in Nintendo’s musical catalog. This soothing song has been a favorite since its first appearance in A Link to the Past. While the song debuted in 1992, many players know it better from its appearance in Ocarina of Time.
This jazz arrangement of “Zelda’s Lullaby” from self described “video game jazz musicians” The Consouls personifies the concept of “easy listening” in the best ways imaginable. The song opens with a gentle, playful piano. As the song progresses a smooth saxophone brings the beauty of the melody out, along with some improvisation that jazz is so well known for. Complimented by a quiet drum kit, the trio create a distinct and beautiful version of “Zelda’s Lullaby”.
The song is perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. Put on this track and let the good vibrations take you on a peaceful journey!
