The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild introduced us to one of Link’s most versatile items in the series to date: The Sheikah Slate. Combining the iconic Bombs with the ability to create ice blocks, freeze objects in time, and move them with the power of magnets, the Shiekah Slate becomes incredibly useful throughout Link’s adventure. But it does beg the question on how the runes actually work. Enter Lockstin & Gnoggin, YouTubers who theorize on different topics in video games; they have decided to tackle the question head on. In collaboration with Kaihatsu, they determined that the Sheikah Slate uses nitrogen for all the runes, except for Stasis, which runs using theoretical physics!

But what do you guys think? Do you think that theory’s feasible and, if not, why not? Let us know in the comments below!
