Check Out the Official Trailer for the Twilight Princess Manga

Akira Himekawa’s manga adaptation of Twilight Princess has been steadily unfolding in Japan since February 2016. American audiences were finally able to join the adventure earlier this year, with Volume 1 releasing in March and Volume 2 releasing in August. Volume 3 is slated for release next March, and publisher Viz Media has started the hype by releasing an official trailer for the manga series earlier this week.
The new minute-long promo highlights some the backstory from Akira Himekawa’s latest project. As always, the duo’s art dazzles as they present the story of the Twilight Realm in their distinct style. Fans get a taste of the manga’s exploration of the events before Twilight Princess, with Zant asserting dominance over the Kingdom of Twilight and Midna attempting to fight back.
The first and second volumes of the Twilight Princess manga are available now through Viz Media. Volume 1 can be found here, and Volume 2 can be found here.
The comic’s third volume is expected to release in the US on March 13th, 2018.
