Just a few days ago at The Game Awards, we were given a big, juicy taste of Breath of the Wild, including a new trailer and new gameplay video. A standout star from the trailer for me was the adorable dog that was seen running alongside Link and his horse. Yesterday, our nation celebrated a cavalcade of deals and discounts in what we’ve come to know as Black Friday. This annual blowout of commercialism put many real-life retailers at the front of our minds, sadly leaving some of our favorite Zelda shop owners and merchants out of the fun. Nintendo made a rather cool announcement earlier this week, revealing a partnership with SCRAP Entertainment for an escape room attraction themed around The Legend of Zelda. “Defenders of the Triforce” will let fans realize their dreams and become heroes of Hyrule, promising a true sense of immersion and challenge. With the month of October steadily moving towards Halloween, I’ve been thinking about the creepiest moments from the Zelda series.
