When the Super Mario Lego sets launched this year, Zelda fans’ hopes for a Lego set of their own ignited. Just think of the possibilities! A tiny, adorable Epona. Various masks for Link to hold and wear. A monstrous Tingle Island Town build with at least 10,000 pieces! Sadly, despite years of fans asking, we have yet to have a set of our own.

Thanks to the Lego Ideas portal, there’s hope on the horizon! Creator Artem Biziaev has blessed us with this wonderful glimpse at what a Zelda kit could be. Inspired by Hyrule Castle, this dream build features a ton of wonderful little nods to Ocarina of Time. Once the castle is complete, you can send Link on quests to find Cuccos and Heart Pieces. There’s even a Master Sword and Fairy Fountain for Link to frolic and enjoy. Possibly the coolest feature is the ability to turn Hyrule Castle into Ganondorf’s stronghold with one swift action.

For those not in the know, the Lego Ideas portal is a place where the Lego community can create and pitch project ideas to the company. With enough votes, love, and attention, the community shows Lego how much they back the creator’s ideas. Which means there’s a good chance the kit in question will be turned into an official product! You need a Lego account to vote, but the voting process itself is quick and easy. As of writing, Biziaev’s kit has over 2,000 supporters. The next milestone is at 5k!

This set is not the first Legend of Zelda project to build support on the Lego Ideas portal. A Breath of the Wild Link figure is currently vying for 5,000 supporters, and a full Breath of the Wild set has been selected for official review by Lego.

What do you think of this build? Will you be voting for it? Is it something you’d purchase if offered, or would you prefer a build based on a different Zelda title or location? Let us know what you think in the comments!
