Caption Contest 374: Galaxy Brain

How’s it going, Zelda fans? Are you keeping your cool as we all wait for Tears of the Kingdom to release next month? In all honesty, I was one of the faithless who believed we were all done getting new trailers for the game until release. So, color me surprised when Nintendo dropped the game’s third and final trailer last week. That new trailer featured some really striking imagery, so of course we’re going to feature some in this week’s contest.

Last Week’s Contest:

Doctor Octopus attacked Link last week.

Here are our photoshop caption winners:

By: Dan

Here are our non-photo caption winners:

  • Tober: “After the Goron and Gerudo massage I’m not sure I like to try the Guardian one”
  • IceRod: If someone doesn’t Photoshop Spider-Man into this scene and do Doc Ock from Spider-Man 2, missed opportunity!
  • Twilight King: With the help of these guardians Robbie and I shall build a brighter and fuzzier future for hyrule. And there’ll be less Link in it too.
  • Wind Waker: It’s Link’s strange arms collection
  • Kim: So the Yiga have sheikah tech now?! Hylia, help me!
Beware, fool, the hands of the Yiga…

This Week’s Contest:

So is this guy a beefcake or what?

Here are the guidelines:

  • Please refrain from using offensive material (racial, sexual, overuse of offensive language, etc.) We want to make the contest fun and accessible for fans of all ages. When in doubt, keep it Nintendo.
  • If you don’t have the ability to edit the image, just leave it as a comment. We make sure to have a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Photo editing and manipulation (i.e. Photoshop) is allowed, but these entries will be part of a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Everyone is entitled to their own opinion at Zelda Dungeon. In fact, we encourage discussion based on those opinions. However, please do not insult other fans’ work. What may be funny to one person may not hold true for another… and that’s OK.
  • Have fun and be creative!

Don’t forget to check back throughout the week and upvote your favorites, and, who knows?  Maybe you will be one of next week’s winners.
