What’s this?! Another Zelda Dungeon Caption Contest coming your way?! We’re now less than 70 days away from the release of Tears of the Kingdom, and the contest is still highlighting screenshots from the game to keep the hype alive. We took a look at the game’s (presumed) big bad last week, and we’re staying on the dark side this week with an image of a unique new enemy. Does this cubed colossus conjure up any puns within your mind? Share them with us down below!

Last Week’s Contest:

I’ll never stop noticing that little Mario in the corner.

Here are our photoshop caption winners:

By: Xaragon

By: Otwl

Here are our non-photo caption winners:

  • Queen Wisp: My mom when I raise my voice slightly
  • IceRod: Me when the person at the drive thru wastes my time asking me if I want ketchup when they clearly never planned to put any in my bag.
  • Kestron: What do you mean, I have to fight Link again?
  • Hamishator: When you walk out of the cinemas, and it is really bright.
  • Dan: Something to do with Sauron…

This Week’s Contest:

Does this guy remind anyone else of Eyerok from Super Mario 64?

Here are the guidelines:

  • Please refrain from using offensive material (racial, sexual, overuse of offensive language, etc.) We want to make the contest fun and accessible for fans of all ages. When in doubt, keep it Nintendo.
  • If you don’t have the ability to edit the image, just leave it as a comment. We make sure to have a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Photo editing and manipulation (i.e. Photoshop) is allowed, but these entries will be part of a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Everyone is entitled to their own opinion at Zelda Dungeon. In fact, we encourage discussion based on those opinions. However, please do not insult other fans’ work. What may be funny to one person may not hold true for another… and that’s OK.
  • Have fun and be creative!

Don’t forget to check back throughout the week and upvote your favorites, and, who knows?  Maybe you will be one of next week’s winners.
