Greetings, Zelda fans! I’d say it’s about time for another Zelda Dungeon Caption Contest! So, over the past few weeks, I’ve been reading a lot of medieval stories, you know, for fun. Such tales and legends of yore glorify the grand deeds of exceptional kings, so it just felt right to feature a certain king from the Zelda series for this week’s contest. King Rhoam, your subjects await you!

Our Last Contest:

After a week’s hiatus, we look back at your captions for this gross image.

By: Multificionado

Here are our non-photo caption winners:

  • IceRod: Link is frowning for a reason:
“That is beyond unhygienic. We are in a pandemic, kid!”
  • Zonai: KId: Look Linkie! I grew it myself! Link: That’s (gag) great…………….(pukes)
  • Ethan Hunt: “Hey, kid! Where’s your mask?” Link says, as he notices how dangerously close it it to his arm.
  • anonymous: Hoy! Link! Check it out!
Link: That’s…. uh…. hey anyway have you heard of a little something called a tissue?
    Zill: No, whats that?
  • Hero of Winds: Reporter: So, you saved the world! Were you ever afraid? Link: Only one thing has ever scared me. Reporter: And what was it? Link: Boogerblight Ganon.

This Week’s Contest:

The king could be talking strategy, or he could be gushing about his favorite anime.

Here are the guidelines:

  • Please refrain from using offensive material (racial, sexual, overuse of offensive language, etc.) We want to make the contest fun and accessible for fans of all ages. When in doubt, keep it Nintendo.
  • If you don’t have the ability to edit the image, just leave it as a comment. We make sure to have a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Photo editing and manipulation (i.e. Photoshop) is allowed, but these entries will be part of a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Everyone is entitled to their own opinion at Zelda Dungeon. In fact, we encourage discussion based on those opinions. However, please do not insult other fans’ work. What may be funny to one person may not hold true for another… and that’s OK.
  • Have fun and be creative!

Don’t forget to check back throughout the week and upvote your favorites, and, who knows?  Maybe you will be one of next week’s winners.
