How’s it going, everyone! We’re back again with another exciting edition of Zelda Dungeon’s Caption Contest! With the Age of Calamity hype train now full steam ahead, the contest will be featuring some of the many screenshots from the upcoming Hyrule Warriors title over the next few weeks. While I ultimately used an image of Young Impa for last week’s contest, I almost went with this image featuring what has become Age of Calamity‘s breakout star. But it’s a new week now, so let’s shine the spotlight on the ever-lovable miniature Guardian!

Last Week’s Contest:

Impa seemed a little distracted last week.

Here are our non-photo caption winners:

  • Matt Pederberg: “Defeating me is Impa-ossible!”
  • The 8th Sage: “Oops! I accidentally dropped a bomb on the ground. Just gonna calmly step away from the explosion…”
  • Dylan: “Maximum Impa-age!”
  • IceRod: “Subtle, said the Hyrule Times.”
  • Curtis Sharp: Pays:ELDERS PLEASE KILL MY ENEMY
    Elders:whatever

This Week’s Contest:

What have you been calling this cute, little thing? Baby Guardian? Egg Guardian?

Here are the guidelines:

  • Please refrain from using offensive material (racial, sexual, overuse of offensive language, etc.) We want to make the contest fun and accessible for fans of all ages. When in doubt, keep it Nintendo.
  • If you don’t have the ability to edit the image, just leave it as a comment. We make sure to have a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Photo editing and manipulation (i.e. Photoshop) is allowed, but these entries will be part of a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Everyone is entitled to their own opinion at Zelda Dungeon. In fact, we encourage discussion based on those opinions. However, please do not insult other fans’ work. What may be funny to one person may not hold true for another… and that’s OK.
  • Have fun and be creative!

Don’t forget to check back throughout the week and upvote your favorites, and, who knows?  Maybe you will be one of next week’s winners.
