Calm Your Mind with this Jazz Arrangement of the Hateno Village Theme
Posted on June 02 2020 by Kristen G. Rosario
What makes Breath of the Wild‘s soundtrack work so well is that it helps put your mind at ease. The music you hear when visiting the local villages produces an overwhelming sense of calm and provides comfort between excursions into the wild. That’s why it’s such a pleasant treat to hear this jazz arrangement of the Hateno Village theme from the J-MUSIC Ensemble. Recorded about two years ago but recently unearthed for your viewing pleasure, this cover provides a sense of warmth, like kind open arms, no matter the situation.
If you like what you hear, J-MUSIC Ensemble has also performed covers of the Palace theme from The Adventure of Link and “Song of Storms” from Ocarina of Time. They’ve also covered series such as Kirby, Persona 5, Pokémon, Super Mario, and much more.
What do you think of this cover? Will you be checking out any more work from the J-MUSIC Ensemble? Let us know in the comments below!
