Are you an artist? A cosplayer? A streamer, musician, writer, podcaster? Do you just enjoy doodling little Zelda characters in the margins of your notebook? Then Zelda Creator Con, hosted by artist Joel D. Siegel and his team at Linktober, might be the place for you to show off your skills. And, good news: applications for the 2022 show are now open!
Started in light of the pandemic in 2020 to fill the void left behind when in-person conventions were cancelled, Zelda Creator Con has featured Zelda fans and content producers from all around the globe and all different paths. Some past creators featured at the show include Zelda metal band Master Sword, toy photographer Captain Dangerous, renown artist Li Kovacs, several voice actors from Breath of the Wild, Songbird Ocarina, and more! Even some of us here at Zelda Dungeon have joined in the fun — looking at you, Champions’ Cast. And, it’s entirely online, attended by thousands of fans from the comfort of their own homes!
So, if you’re a fan of video games, art of all kinds, fantasy, streaming, and, of course, The Legend of Zelda, and you have a talent you want to show off, head on over to this link and fill out an application before April 15th. Who knows? You could be featured in this year’s show!
