Cadence of Hyrule Slated to Release on June 13th

The forthcoming indie rhythm video game Cadence of Hyrule was given its time to shine during the Nintendo E3 Direct presentation for 2019. The title will available for the Nintendo Switch from June 13th 2019 — a date so close that you can practically taste it! Gamers can choose to play as either Link or Zelda, as they move to the beat of the game’s soundtrack, gaining rewards for moving to the music or punishments for failing to do so.

This is the Zelda series’ first foray into the indie game space, and an unexpected move at that. If Cadence of Hyrule is as successful as anticipated, Nintendo might just be open to crossovers between their other franchises and indie titles.
