- Located south of the Dueling Peaks Stable, on the west side of the river.
- On the west side of the river, there is a cave blocked by boulders. Blow it up with bombs or bomb arrows to reveal the entrance.

Walkthrough
Run ahead over to the pedestal next to the spinning ball. Whenever you see this icon, this indicates there is a motion control puzzle. Examine the pedestal and you’ll gain control of the platform ahead. You can twist and turn it to fit the configuration. You want to turn it on its backside, so you can access the treasure chest.
Run up the steps and you’ll find a staggered staircase. The middle steps are on a rail and if you tilt the controls, you can move that staircase. Tilt it so that the staircase becomes straight and then align it so you can ran up the ramp.
The final puzzle is a bit more complicated. First, we want to tilt the large object so that the treasure chest is nearby and easily in jumping distance. In this case you want to assure you can get to the treasure chest, but also get back to the platform. Open the treasure chest to get a small key.
Return to the pedestal so you can control the big platform once again. This time tilt the object so that the staircase is facing you. Tilt it to the side so that the staircase moves along the rails to the right. Now tilt it forward so that the staircase is a bit lower, and the far side is higher up. Jump over to the staircase and make your way to the far side of the platform. If it is high enough, you should be able to glide over the gap to the platform ahead.
Use the small key on the locked door. Run up to speak with the monk, Toto Sah. He will reward you with a Spirit Orb.
