Walkthrough

When you make your way over to the Horon Lagoon, you will find Kass playing his musical instrument. If you talk to him and listen to his song, it will open up a shrine quest titled, Master of the Wind.

The wind is blowing quite a bit in this area, but there are four locations where there are a group of boulders blocking the wind. The key here is we need to find these four locations and blowup the boulders. Some of them are in plain sight that can be blown up with a bomb, while others are a bit more hidden. If it is not raining, you can blowup and of the boulders with a bomb arrow. Otherwise they are of no use during the rain.

One set of boulders is higher up above the rocks. If you throw a bomb in the water, directly beneath the boulders, the explosion will cause them to drop down.

When all four of the boulders have blown up, the wind will blow in the direction of the circular platform in the distance. The next objective is to jump and paraglide over to this circular platform. You need to be at a somewhat higher elevation so that the paraglider can make it all the way over. Use the wind to blow you over and do not release the paraglider. You want to slow down so that you land on the actual platform, without releasing the paraglider. Successfully doing so will cause the shrine to appear.

The actual shrine just contains a single treasure chest. Open it up to get a Great Flameblade. Then speak with the monk, Shai Yota. He will reward you with a Spirit Orb.
