As you travel into the Hateno Region along the road from the Dueling Peaks Region, you’ll find a cabin on the right side. At nighttime there is a man found here. During the daytime, he can be found along the path that heads north, right between two mountain ranges. He gives you a hint about a secret shrine in the area. Return to the area with all the stoneheads at nighttime and you’ll find one of them has its eyes glowing purple. Shoot it with an arrow and it will cause the shrine to appear.
Run ahead and step into the rotating room. The massive room will rotate clockwise. You need to wait until one of the platforms comes by, and you can use it to carry you up to the upper portion of this room.
Once you are at the upper portion of the room, jump off a glide towards where you entered the room. On this higher level you will see a treasure chest, so go ahead and open it to get an Opal.
Looking back at the main room, you’ll see that there is a second treasure chest on one of the rotating platforms. Wait until the treasure chest moves to the bottom area and then glide over to the treasure chest. Open it up to get a Soldier’s Spear.
Once again use one of outer platforms and allow it to carry you up to the top of the room. Glide over to the side across from the entrance and you’ll land on a platform that is actually a staircase. If you look up ahead, there is another part of the staircase, but the middle part is missing. Just wait until the platforms spin around the room, completing the staircase. Run on up and speak with the monk, Kam Urog. He will reward you with a Spirit Orb.
