There a block structure on the wall just west of the waterfall, and the block needed is located east of the waterfall. There are a few ways to go about this this particular Korok seed, but this is one of the efficient methods. Use Magnesis to grab the lone block and then carry it eastward along the pathway that eventually comes back over to the top of the waterfall. Drop the block on the land create a series of ice blocks on the water. Then carefully grab the block with Magnesis and place it on one of the ice blocks that you created. Continue using this method of creating ice blocks across the water and carefully moving the block. Once you are close enough, put the block in its proper location to get the seed.

Korok Seed #2: Located in Lake Hylia, directly south of the waterfall that comes from the Hylia River. There is a circle of lilypads and you have to jump into that circle. Use Cryonis to create some ice blocks to get closer to the circle and then jump in to get the seed.

Korok Seed #9: Southwest of the Deya Lake and northwest of the Farosh Hills, you will find a hole in the ground right near the Lake Hylia shore. Follow the path uphill to the east and you’ll find three large boulders. Roll one of them down the hill and push it until it falls into the hole, revealing the Korok.

Then when it comes to a stop, use Stasis and hit it so that it moves up the hill to the west. Then carefully push it into the hole to get the Korok. This might take a few tries as hitting boulders with Stasis can be difficult at times.

Grab it and carefully move it so that you can drop it near the head of the statue. Make your way over and then carefully make your way along the side of the head to get to the west side. You need to knock that boulder down and place it in its proper location, so that it matches the other three boulders. It’s a good idea to save before trying this, as it might take a couple tries. You need to use Stasis on the boulder and then shoot it with a single bomb arrow. This will be enough to knock it off the pillar, but not too far to knock it away. Then carefully push, or use stasis with very light hits to move the boulder onto the proper location.
