Last month, updates to Nintendo’s support website indicated that the four Breath of the Wild Champions amiibo were being reprinted. Well, with the surprise announcement of Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity earlier today, we now know why and when these amiibo figures are again hitting store shelves.

Nintendo of America has announced that amiibo for the four Breath of the Wild Champions — Mipha, Urbosa, Daruk, and Revali — will be relaunching on November 20th alongside Age of Calamity. While this announcement does not mention amiibo functionality in the new Hyrule Warriors title, it seems likely that these amiibo — and perhaps other Zelda amiibo — will be compatible with the game.

The relaunched Breath of the Wild Champions amiibo and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity will hit store shelves on November 20th.
