Recently nominated as the greatest video game of all time, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is now on sale at a massive discount. As part of their Black Friday deals, GameStop is selling the game for $26.99 USD, the lowest price ever for the mega-hit title. For those who still haven’t tried this open-world adventure, now is the perfect time to experience the game that rejuvenated and reinvented the Zelda franchise.

Ironically, the version of the game that includes all DLC is still priced at $79.98 USD, a bit on an oddity given that the full DLC may be purchased from GameStop for $19.88 USD; of course, no need to look a gift-Epona in the mouth, right?

With the sequel to Breath of the Wild listed for 2022 on Nintendo’s release calendar, it seems likely that we’ll see more sales for the original as gamers prepare for this highly anticipated release.

Tell us what you think! Are you surprised that Breath of the Wild is listed for this sale price? Will you or anyone you know be trying the game for the first time? Share your reactions in the comments below.
