Zelda inspired music seems to be more common week than usual here at Zelda Informer, but I honestly can’t complain. Music is such a central part of the series and I love seeing fans’ passion for Koji Kondo’s masterpieces echo throughout my day. A few months ago (and we’re sorry we just found this),

STL Ocarina created a beautiful music video to the performance of Bolero of Fire from Ocarina of Time. Being a percussionist when I was growing up and playing Ocarina of Time, Bolero of Fire quickly became my favorite Warp Song. The driving force of the snare marching the tune along was enough to get me pumped about plunging into the depths of Death Mountain Crater and the Fire Temple.

This rendition replaces the harp with a violin and the snare with a piano and it works beautifully in resonance with ocarina performance. What do you think of it? What was your favorite warp song from

Ocarina of Time? Let us know in the comments below.
