Zelda fans across America and Europe might somewhat enviously remember the release of the Nintendo Statue line, which features well-known icons Mario, Isabelle, Inkling Girl, and our favorite hero Link. The statue series, which is usually only available in the official Nintendo store in Japan, has just incorporated a new product: a Pikmin Statue! In an exciting collaboration with Premium Outlets, the figures are now available at Nintendo pop-up stores across Japan until January 21st, 2024. Each location will have…

If you’ve ever been trick-or-treating, you probably know about finding the place with the best decorations and candy, which often turns out to be a wealthy neighborhood. The various kingdoms and nations in the Zelda franchise bring no shortage of communities, whether that’s small towns or bustling cities. There’s no shortage of silly and kooky characters in the series either, so you know the people of Hyrule and her sister lands know how to set up a house for Halloween…

If you’re as big of a Zelda fan as I am, then you may have a soft spot when it comes to the series’ retro days — I’m talking about knowing all the hidden secrets in Link’s original adventure, geeking out over fun facts on the series’ early days, etc. If that’s the case, then you might like what Etsy creator RetroDesign3D has in store. RetroDesign3D’s store is filled like Link’s adventure sack with models based on classic Zelda games,…

With the announcement of the Sora amiibo in the most recent Nintendo Direct, almost all Super Smash Bros. Ultimate characters have now been realized in amiibo form.  While Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf do have Smash Bros. series amiibo, they are only for Super Smash Bros. 4, and not their appearances in Ultimate. For those who don’t know, the previous game in the Super Smash Bros. series saw Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf as they appeared in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess….

LEGO Legend of Zelda set concepts are nothing new to the fandom. Many fan models have even been submitted to LEGO’s Ideas program, in hopes of them becoming a reality. There has yet to be an officially released set, but that hasn’t stopped fans from coming up with new designs. Following the release of Tears of the Kingdom, LEGO and Zelda fan Octane Thermoplastic has been hard at work designing concept sets for Link’s newest adventure — and what better way…

This post and the comment section may contain spoilers for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild‘s dungeon department left a lot to be desired for many fans, leading to much anticipation for, and speculation about, what dungeons in Tears of the Kingdom might be like. How many dungeons there are in Tears of the Kingdom is up to debate, though there are unquestionably at least four proper dungeons that fit…

Nintendo Live 2023 is quickly approaching, and with it, the long-awaited return of an official Zelda concert. Five years after the last Zelda concert in 2018, the franchise is returning to the stage for a few performances at the upcoming Nintendo Live event in Seattle, Washington from September 1st through September 4th. There will be a roughly 45 minute performance every day of the event, where fans can enjoy orchestrations inspired by the Legend of Zelda series set against “a fun…

This post contains light spoilers for side content in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The comments may as well. Proceed at your own risk. Within the first three or four weeks of my Tears of the Kingdom journey, I had acquired most of the amiibo costumes in the game through my amiibo. Soon after, I made a hard trek through the Depths to a treasure marked on my map in search of new armor, only to be…

I’m sure one of the biggest questions on all of our minds when anticipating Tears of the Kingdom was how many Shrines there would be, and what the reward would be. Some may have hoped for less, but it was those who hoped for more that won. With a grand total of 152 Shrines — 120 Surface Shrines and 32 Sky Shrines — tackling them all is no small feat. Many likely put off completing all the Shrines for a…

If you’ve completed Tears of the Kingdom and need a new Zelda fix, Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pass may have the answer. Now available from the Sega Genesis collection, Crusader of Centy is now available. Make no mistake: this 1994 title may look like A Link to the Past, and feel like it too, but it’s a unique fantasy epic all its own. With sword and sorcery, animal friends and monsterly foes, this time traveling adventure is rich with combat and exploration….
