In one of GameOver Jesse’s latest videos he listed ten things that he expects from Zelda U. These range from a change in the dungeon orders to time travel. Some more things mentioned were more methods of transportation, amiibo functionality and a changing overworld. Lots of these points make sense and are mostly based upon what Nintendo have shown about it. I agree with most of the points, but I am not sure about the Happy Mask Salesman returning for…

Song of Storms Cover

December 14 2015 by Jarrod Hadrian

Carl Catron did an amazing cover of the Song of Storms, but it isn’t what you expect it to be. He played it on the saxophone, adding a jazzy sound to the classic song from Ocarina of Time. It is masterfully done and has shown his skills well. The Song of Storms is great and I will always remember the tune, especially the paradox involved in its learning.   Check out the song after the jump! Jarrod HadrianI have been…

SuperRetroBro created an amazing farmer Link papercraft from Twilight Princess, and with great detail. He made an eight minute video showing how he made it with the end result being very impressive. This build required for him to be very precise and careful and the end result has shown that he definitely has the skills and is very talented in creating this.   Check out the video after the jump! In one of the latest GameOver Jesse videos the idea of Link’s action leading to conflict in Hyrule is explored. It is shown that through the actions of Link intervening he unintentionally negatively influences Hyrule. This video follows Links journey throughout Ocarina of Time and shows how the split timelines link back to his actions. It shows how Link being sent back to a child in the Adult Timeline leads to the land becoming defenseless when Ganondorf rises to power,…

In a recent interview with Amy Anderson, the conductor of Symphony of the Goddess, several great questions were asked with befitting answers. These range from questions such as how she is feeling about the tour and and if she had played any Zelda games prior to the tour. The music that she conducts is very well done and a great extension of the games music itself. It would be great to attend an event as exiting as that and it…

Kyle Hefley from 343 Industries has shared with the gaming community his adaptation of a realistic looking adult Link. He is presented as middle aged and experienced, with his attire being that of Twilight Princess Link (personally my favourite version of Link). However that seems to be where the similarities end, the green tunic and fairy seem to be the biggest clue that this is indeed Link. If I were shown this design without the tunic or fairy present I…

A YouTuber by the name of Laura Intravia created a very light hearted Majora’s Mask parody of “Downtown” by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. It referenced things such as the dance from the old Japanese SNES commercials and Ben drowned which is a cult classic. It was good to see the amount of effort put into the music video and that they put lots of references in. Intravia managed to get a good amount of people to help with the production…

A very interesting and humorous Zelda comic was created by Nintendo and it is called The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Hijinks. There is now a second part to the comic in which it continues on from when Link obtains the red 3DS. It is quite interesting to see what Nintendo can do to promote their games and this was definitely both a fun and creative way for them to promote Majora’s Mask 3D. Check the comic out after the jump!…

On GoNintendo a custom made Zelda ukulele was featured. Its designed like an ocarina and has a cool overall design, with a Triforce emblazoned on the head. In the post a video of the individual who designed it is shown and they are even playing it. Pmasterkim plays a few songs, such as the song of time and song of storms in the video for your musical delight. Check out the video after the jump! Jarrod HadrianI have been gaming…
